Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy – Arya Styles

We aim to keep every purchase smooth, but if something isn’t right, here’s how it works:

Returns

  • Request within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Return within 7 days.

  • Item must be unused, with tags & original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase required.

  • Refund or replacement after inspection.

Damaged / Missing Items

  • Report within 24 hours with order number + photos.

  • Damaged item → replacement or refund.

  • Missing item → sent again or refunded after check.

Exchanges

  • Request within 24–48 hours.

  • Customer pays return shipping.

  • Item must be unused & original condition.

  • Exchange depends on stock availability.

  • If not approved, item will be returned back.

Important

  • Do not accept parcel if seal is broken or damaged.

Refund

  • Issued after approval if exchange is not possible or item is out of stock.
